Security Strategies On Mall Security Operations and Management

Right Eye Detective & Protective Services in collaboration with AIM HIGH SECURITY TRAINING CENTER, INC. conducted a training session on Mall Security last January 29, 2011 for the following:

• Detachment Commanders,
• Shift-In-Charge & OIC's,
• Security Investigators and Personnel,
• Agency Operators, Organic Security Officers,
• Human Resource, Administration and Facility Officers

This training session on SECURITY STRATEGIES ON MALL SECURITY OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT aims to underscore the efficient use of resources and effective implementation of the system and technology with the objective to contain business losses related to: (1) people, (2) property, (3) information, (4) money and negotiable instrument and (5) continued patronage of the customers.

JUN A. DELA CRUZ, CPP, CSP, CST, has been in investigation and security management practices for over 15 years gained from industrial, retail, property and shopping mall operations and management. He authored a book entitled “A Textbook on Security and Safety Management (with practices)” published by the National Bookstore, Inc. He is a criminologist by profession. He obtained his Master in Business Administration at the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME) and currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at the School of Law and Jurisprudence, Centro Escolar University.
